White Label Local SEO Services for Agencies
White label local SEO means our team runs the Google Business Profile, citations, review replies and location pages for your local clients, and you sell the result as your agency’s own service. We work as a Manager on each profile, never the owner, and every report carries your brand. Pricing is quoted on the number of locations you send, and the delivery team works from India.

What Is White Label Local SEO, and How Is It Different?
White label local SEO is search work for a business with a physical location or a service area, which a specialist provider carries out and your agency resells as its own service. Your agency signs the client and sets the fee, and the client only deals with you, while we handle the profile, listings, reviews workflow and location pages behind the scenes.
It differs from white label SEO in three ways:
- The main asset is the Google Business Profile, not only the website. Google says local results depend mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and no provider can change distance.
- The unit of work is the location: six branches need six accurate profiles, six sets of listings and six genuinely different pages.
- Google’s Business Profile guidelines govern names, addresses, service areas and reviews, and profiles that break them can be suspended.
To sell local SEO across many clients under your own packages, see our SEO reseller program. Agencies that also resell ads can see the full picture on our white label digital marketing page.
Manager access only, one named lead for your locations, and partner terms agreed in writing before any work starts.
White Label Local SEO Tools or a Done-for-You Service?
Software such as BrightLocal, Whitespark and Moz Local helps agencies track local rankings, find and fix citations and manage listings. BrightLocal, for example, offers white-labeled reports and dashboards with your logo and colors. Tools speed the work up, but they do not choose categories, write posts or answer reviews for you.
A done-for-you service supplies the people. Our team uses tools of this kind inside the work, then makes the profile, listing and page changes, logs each edit and sends you the report under your brand. Some tool companies sell managed services too, so compare the scope of work, not the label on it.
Pick a tool if someone on your team already does local SEO well and only needs data. Pick fulfillment if nobody has hours each week for profiles and listings. Our local SEO services page explains the method we use for direct clients, and the same method applies under your brand.
Who Handles What: Your Agency or Hustle Marketers?
The split below is the default. We change it in writing if your team wants to keep part of the work in-house.
Your agency
- Signs the client, sets the retail price and handles billing.
- Asks the client to add us as a Manager on each Business Profile, and confirms who holds primary ownership.
- Approves anything that changes how the business appears: name, primary category, address, service areas and review request wording.
- Runs every client meeting. We attend only at your request.
Hustle Marketers
- Audits each location’s profile, listings, pages and rankings.
- Updates profiles, cleans up citations, and writes posts, pages and review reply drafts.
- Builds the local links you approve and logs every change.
- Prepares reports in your branding, ready to forward.
The client, or your agency, stays owner of the Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and the website.
What Is Included in White Label Local SEO, per Location?
We agree the scope for every location in writing. A typical plan combines several of the services below, and extra work gets its own quote before we start it.
Google Business Profile Management
Primary and secondary categories, services, attributes, hours and description, checked against Google’s guidelines. We watch for edits suggested by Google or the public and correct anything that changes the facts.
Posts, Photos and Customer Questions
Regular posts on services, offers and updates, plus fresh photos from the client. Where a profile still shows customer questions, we answer them. Google has been changing this feature, so we confirm what each profile shows first.
Review Response Workflow
We draft replies to new reviews within an agreed time, send negative ones to you before posting, and set up a compliant request link. In BrightLocal’s 2026 consumer survey, 89% of US respondents expected owners to respond.
Citations and NAP Cleanup
An audit of name, address and phone details across directories, then duplicate removal and fixes, plus new listings on Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and industry sites. This is our white label local listing management.
Location and Service Area Pages
One page per real location or served area, each with its own proof, services and directions, never city-swapped copies. See how we approach location pages.
Local Link Building
Links from suppliers, trade associations, sponsorships and local press, pointed at the right location page. You approve each target first. Our local link building guide shows what we pursue and what we refuse.
Grid Rank Tracking
Map pack positions checked on a grid of points around each location, reported apart from organic rankings. Our map pack SEO guide explains why they shift street by street.
Local Services Ads Add-On
White label Local Services Ads management inside the client’s own account. Google is moving these ads into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals, starting with select US home and storefront services in August 2026.
Suspension Checks and Appeals
We vet changes against Google’s rules. If a profile is suspended, we prepare evidence for Google’s appeal process, which allows one appeal, and never open a replacement profile.
What Is Not Included in White Label Local SEO?
Clear limits stop most partner disputes before they begin. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these sit outside a white label local SEO plan:
- New websites, redesigns and migrations. We give your developer the local SEO requirements instead.
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads, apart from the Local Services Ads add-on. Paid search runs as a separate white label Google Ads management service.
- Organic social media posting, call answering and lead follow-up.
And these we refuse for any client, at any price:
- Buying reviews, offering incentives for them or asking only happy customers. Google’s review policy prohibits all three.
- Adding keywords or locations to a business name, or creating profiles at virtual offices. Google’s guidelines allow neither.
- Promised map pack positions. Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking.
- Paid link packages and private blog networks.
How Much Should You Mark Up White Label Local SEO?
Our white label local SEO starts at $500 a month per client. The final quote depends on how many locations and client accounts you send, how competitive each market is, and whether location pages, links or the Local Services Ads add-on are in scope, so we confirm it after a short scoping call.
For market context, Vendasta’s October 2026 roundup of published white label Business Profile management prices ran from about $99 to $900 per profile a month. These are market figures, not our price, and named providers’ local plans are listed in our white label SEO pricing guide.
On markup, our view is to start from the margin you need, not a multiplier. For every $100 of cost:
- Add your own account time, tools and reporting to our invoice to get the full cost per location.
- A 50% markup gives a $150 price and a 33% margin.
- A 40% target margin needs $167, which is $100 divided by 0.6.
- A 50% margin needs $200, a 100% markup.
Recheck the numbers when a client adds locations, since each one adds profile, listing and page work.
Which AI Assistants Do We Check for Your Local Clients?
Buyers now ask AI tools to recommend a nearby business. We agree prompts per location, run them on a schedule and report who is named and what is cited. Sterling Sky’s 2026 data found AI local packs on about 7% of tracked keywords, on US mobile only.
ChatGPT
We run each location's agreed prompts in ChatGPT, such as the best roofer in a named city, and record whether your client is named.

Google Gemini
We check whether Gemini recommends your client for the same local prompts, and note which listings or pages it points to.

Perplexity
Perplexity shows sources beside its answers, so we report whether it relies on the client's site, profile or directory listings.

Claude
We test the agreed local prompts in Claude and record whether the business is mentioned and whether its details are right.

Microsoft Copilot
Alongside Copilot prompt checks, we keep the client's Bing Places for Business listing accurate, since that is Microsoft's own business listing.

Grok
Grok is added only where a client's customers are active on X, with the same prompts and timing as the rest.

Google AI Mode
Google counts AI Mode clicks inside the Search Console Web search type, so we read that data next to our prompt checks.

Google AI Overviews
We log which local queries show an AI Overview or AI local pack, and whether your client's site or profile appears in it.

DeepSeek
DeepSeek joins the prompt list only for clients whose buyers use it, checked at the same interval as the other tools.

How Does a White Label Local SEO Partnership Work?
Every new location follows six steps in order, which makes it easy to tell your client where things stand at any point.
Onboarding and Manager Access
You send the brief and the locations. Your client adds us as a Manager on each Business Profile, and ownership stays with them.

Baseline Audit
We record grid rankings, profile completeness, citation accuracy, reviews and AI prompt results for every location before changing anything.
Location Plan
You get a ranked plan per location: what we fix first, what we build next and the reason for each.

Profile, Listing and Page Work
We update profiles, clean up citations, publish posts and pages, and draft review replies for your approval.

Reports in Your Branding
Every report carries your logo and layout, and lands on the date you have promised the client.
Monthly Review
We go through results with you each month, compare them with the baseline and change the plan where the data says so.

What Access Do You Need, and Why Manager Instead of Owner?
We ask for the lowest access that lets us do the work. Your client, or your agency, stays owner of every account, so ending the partnership never means asking us to hand anything back.
Access per location
- Google Business Profile: Manager. Google’s role table lets managers edit hours, categories, services, photos and posts, reply to reviews and download insights, but not add or remove users or delete the profile.
- For the first 7 days after being added, a new owner or manager cannot remove other users or transfer primary ownership, so we ask for access in week one.
- Search Console and Google Analytics 4: user access added by your client or your agency.
- Website: an editor login for location pages and local schema.
- Citation accounts: created with an email the client or your agency controls, never ours.
What stays with you if we stop
- The audit, the baseline rankings and every report.
- The citation list with logins, and the published location pages.
- Review reply templates and the review request process.
A Manager can remove itself from a profile, so we leave each one on the date your notice period ends. Ben Fisher’s ownership guide in the Google Business Profile Community also advises that an agency should never be a profile’s only owner.
Why Do Agencies Choose Hustle Marketers for White Label Local SEO?
Ishant Sharma leads the team. He is a Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SEO specialist and has worked in digital marketing since 2013. Hustle Marketers holds Google Partner, Meta Business Partner and Microsoft Advertising Partner status, a 4.9 out of 5 average from 591+ reviews across platforms and a 5.0 Clutch rating from 52 reviews.
Our delivery team works from Zirakpur, India, and serves agencies across the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Client work is covered by NDA, so we describe our methods here rather than naming the businesses behind them.

Your Brand on Every Report
Audits, plans and monthly reports carry your agency's name and logo. Ours appears nowhere your client can see.

No Contact With Your Clients
Your clients never hear from us by email, phone or sales pitch. NDA and non-solicitation terms are signed before the first location starts.

Every Listing and Link Logged
You get a log of each citation, profile edit and link with its live URL, so you can check any item yourself.

Manager Access on Profiles, Never Owner
We work as a Manager on each Business Profile, so ownership, user control and deletion rights stay with the client.

A Named Lead for Your Locations
One named person is accountable for your locations and answers your questions, rather than a ticket queue.

One Location Is Enough to Start
Start with a one-location pilot: a month of real profile, listing and page work, judged before you send more.
Can You Handle Multi-Location and Service Area Businesses?
Yes. Google sets different rules for storefronts, service area businesses, chains and practitioners, so the scope changes with the type of client. These are the setups we plan for:
Service Area Businesses
Address hidden, up to 20 service areas, and no area beyond about two hours' drive from the base, as Google's guidelines require.
Multi-Location Brands
One profile per real location, the same name and categories across all of them, and bulk verification once a brand has 10 or more.
Franchise Networks
We follow the franchise agreement on who owns each profile, and keep listings and local pages consistent across franchisees.
Doctors, Dentists and Lawyers
Practitioner profiles follow separate Google rules, so we set up individual and practice profiles without creating duplicates.
Home Service Contractors
HVAC, plumbing and roofing firms, where the map pack and Local Services Ads share searches.
Hybrid Businesses
Storefront businesses that also travel to customers can show their address and list service areas too.
Businesses With Departments
Public-facing departments that run as distinct units, like a dealer's service center, get their own profile.
Agencies New to Local SEO
Web design, PPC and social media agencies whose clients ask for map rankings, without hiring a local SEO specialist.
Freelancers and Consultants
Take on local clients with several locations without turning work away or learning every Google rule yourself.

White Label Local SEO FAQs
What is white label local SEO?
It is local search work, such as Google Business Profile management, citations, review replies and location pages, carried out by a specialist provider and resold by an agency as its own service. The business hires and pays the agency. The provider stays invisible to the business, and every report, plan and update reaches the client through the agency.
How much does white label local SEO cost per location?
Our white label local SEO starts at $500 a month per client. The final price depends on the number of locations and client accounts, the competition in each market and whether pages, links or Local Services Ads are included. We quote after a short scoping call. For published market prices and a margin worksheet, see our white label SEO pricing guide.
How is white label local SEO different from white label SEO?
White label SEO usually covers the website: technical fixes, content and links. White label local SEO adds the work that decides map pack visibility for a physical location or service area: the Business Profile, citations, reviews and location pages. It is planned and priced per location, and Google’s Business Profile guidelines apply on top of its search policies.
What is white label GMB management?
GMB stands for Google My Business, the former name of Google Business Profile. White label GMB management means a provider looks after the profile’s categories, services, posts, photos and review replies while your agency presents the work as its own. We do it with Manager access, so the client keeps ownership. It is one part of white label local SEO, not the whole service.
Will my clients find out that someone else does the work?
They will not hear it from us. Everything we produce carries your branding, we have no contact with your clients, and the partner agreement includes an NDA and a non-solicitation clause. Read your client contracts before you start, because some clients, such as franchise groups or public bodies, may require named subcontractors. Where a contract asks for that, we work openly.
Why do you ask for Manager access instead of Owner?
Manager access covers the work: editing profile details, posting, adding photos and replying to reviews. Google’s role table keeps adding or removing users and deleting a profile for owners only. Keeping ownership with the client means nobody can lock them out, and nothing needs transferring if the partnership ends. New users also face a 7 day wait on some actions, so add us early.
Do you buy reviews or only ask happy customers?
No. Google’s policy prohibits paid or incentivized reviews and selectively asking for positive ones, and it removes reviews that break those rules. We set up a request process that reaches every customer through a Google review link or QR code, and we draft replies to every review. Faster review growth comes from asking more customers, not filtering them.
Can you fix a suspended Google Business Profile?
We can prepare the case. Google asks for an appeal through its appeals tool, with documents such as a business registration, business license or utility bill that match the profile’s name and address, and an appeal can only be submitted once. We never create a replacement profile, which Google tells businesses not to do. Reinstatement is Google’s decision, so we do not promise it.
Which directories do you use for citations?
We start with an audit of the listings the business already has, fix the name, address and phone details, and remove duplicates. New listings go on main platforms such as Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and Yelp, then on industry and local sites that customers in that trade actually use. You receive the full list with logins.
Can you manage Local Services Ads under my brand?
Yes, as an add-on, inside your client’s own account. Google is moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads as a Performance Max campaign type with pay-per-lead goals, starting with select US home and storefront service advertisers in August 2026, with other accounts following in late 2026 and 2027. We plan each setup around that change. Google bills ad spend to the client, not through us.
How long does white label local SEO take to show results?
There is no fixed timeline, and Google says nobody can pay for a better local ranking. In our experience, fixing categories, duplicates and wrong details can show up sooner, while reviews, links and pages build over months. We record a baseline for every location in the first week, so you can show the client real movement against it.
Can I start with one location?
Yes. A one-location pilot is the simplest way to judge us. You choose the location, we audit it and quote the work, then deliver a month of profile, listing and page work under your brand. If it meets your standard, you add more locations or clients. If it does not, you keep the audit and the work already done.
Where is the work done?
Our delivery team is based in Zirakpur, India, and serves agencies across the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. We never present that team as US based or local to your clients. Reporting dates and response times are set in the partner agreement ahead of the first location.
What should I check before choosing a white label local SEO partner?
Ask five things. Do they work as Manager, not Owner, on Business Profiles? Will they put in writing that they never buy, gate or incentivize reviews? Do you get every citation login and link URL? When are the NDA and non-solicitation signed? What happens to the work if you leave? A partner who answers all five clearly is worth a one-location pilot.
